Order Procedure Purchase Orders from Customer Orders will be accepted by post, fax or e-mail When an order is received we will check that all relevant instructions and artwork that we require for completion have been received from the customer.
Order Chase Should Orchard Promotions need more information or correct formatted artwork in order to proceed, we will then chase for complete information to the best of our ability but the responsibility for submitting an order with precise instructions and relevant artwork remains with the customer. Incomplete information may result in extended lead-times.
Order Acknowledgement Once we have complete information we will then send an Order Acknowledgement to the customer. On this order acknowledgment we stipulate an estimated earliest Delivery Date this is based upon the immediate approval of the proof by the customer.
Visual Proof After an order is acknowledged we will then communicate a visual proof for immediate approval by the customer. At this point any artwork amendments or delay in approval of the proof by the customer may result in an extended lead-time from the original order acknowledgement.

Artwork In all cases artwork should be submitted on disk, CD or emailed to Orchard Promotions. Artwork should be e-mailed to
in vector format and to size in the following formats: PC: Corel Draw 9, Illustrator 10, In Design CS MAC: Illustrator 6 EPS Please see our design service for more information.
Artwork re-drawing Should inadequate or poor artwork be submitted and Orchard Promotions is then required to create or touch up the artwork, then such work will be charged for at a rate of £25.00 per hour
Proofs A fax or e-mail proof will be submitted for approval before each order going to print. Printing will not commence until the signed proof has been received back to Orchard Promotions.
Printed Proof Samples Printed proof samples will incur a handling charge of £30 per product, exclusive of Screen, Artwork and Carriage.
Colour Matching Whilst every effort is made to match print colours to your requirements, due to a variety of both materials and product finishes we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible. If an exact match is required with no tolerances then we suggest that you request a pre-production sample, which is chargeable, otherwise we cannot accept any liability for colour variation.

Size and Position of Print Unless specified on the purchase order the size and position of the print will be at the designer's discretion.
